BIOGRAPHY Allan Hawco, born 1977 in Bell Island, Newfoundland, Canada, is a Canadian actor.
Hawco tried his hand at business, while studying at Memorial University of Newfoundland Labrador but soon dropped out and joined the acting community. After graduation from the National Theatre School of Canada, Hawco worked in many of the major Theatres in the country, tackling many of the sought after roles and productions before he started his own troupe -- "The Company Theatre".
Hawco’s biggest 'claim to fame' to date, is his own creation, CBS's "Republic of Doyle". Hawco is Co-Creator, exec producer, lead actor, head writer as well as the show’s Showrunner. His other credits include roles in the television series "ZOS: Zone of Separation" and the television films "H2O" and "The Trojan Horse". View GALLERY:
