BIOGRAPHY Carlos Mendez, born in 1979, in Los Angeles, California, is Cuban-American model turned actor.
Born to Cuban parents and raised in Little Havana, Florida, Mendez was still in high school, when he was discovered by "Y.M. Magazine" to be one of their Top 20 most eligible bachelors. Since then, Mendez's continued a career in modeling and hosting appearing on Telemundo in series such as "Caliente and Oscuras Pero Encendidos", "Billboards", and commercial campaigns by "Coors Light", "Randy Jackson Eyewear", "Miller Light", "Wells Fargo", "Bally's Fitness", and "Doritos", to name a few.
In 2009, Mendez returned to Los Angeles to further his career in the arts as a model/host turned actor. He is one of Hollywood’s newest up and coming Latinos. In less than a year, he's completed three short festival films, a feature film called "B1tch Slap", an episode of the CW’s new "90210", and recurring roles in two new media series “Diary of a Single Mom”.
