BIOGRAPHY David Clayton Rogers, born October 21, 1977, Atlanta, Georgia, is an American actor, best known for his role as Matt in the 2009 TV sitcom "Cougar Town."
Rogers grew up in Atlanta, Georgia and was acting during his time in High School. He made his acting debut at age 25, in a minor role in "Bloody Sunday." Since then, Rogers has had a number of roles on shows such as "Girlmore Girls ", "Law & Order: Trial by Jury" , "Cold Case", "CSI", "Numb3rs" and "Brothers & Sisters".
Rogers is perhaps best known for his role as Matt -- Courteney Cox's young lover -- on ABC's sitcom "Cougar Town" where he appeared shirtless with his fury body in full display on the pilot episode of the series.
