BIOGRAPHY Dieter Brummer, born May 5, 1976, in Sydney, is an Australian actor of German descent.
Brummer first role came at the tender age of 16, when he was cast to play Shane Parrish on the Australian television soap opera "Home and Away" from 1992 to 1996, which he won two Logie awards for Most Popular Actor in 1995 and 1996. Thereafter, Brummer appeared in the hospital drama "Medivac" and the pay-TV series 'Shark Bay' (1996); and the short-lived Crash Palace (2001) on FOX8. In addition, he guest starred in "The Man from Snowy River" TV series in 1996, as a policeman.
