BIOGRAPHY Jeff Branson, born March 10, 1977 in St. Louis, Missouri, is an American actor, best know for his portrayal of Jonathan Lavery on the ABC soap opera All My Children in 2004.
Originally from Missouri, Branson moved to New York City in 1995 to study acting, and pursue a career in entertainment. After several off-Broadway shows, Branson landed supporting roles in television's "Law & Order: SVU," "Stranger with Candy," and CBS' "Guiding Light" playing a young Alan Spalding. He has also appeared in the feature films Shaft Return and The Big Kahuna. He can also be seen in the film "Four Lane Highway" as the character of Andy, and appeared in the independent movie "The Big Bad Swim."
In 2005, Branson was nominated for an Outstanding Supporting Actor Daytime Emmy Award for his portrayal of Jonathan Lavery on "All My Children."
