BIOGRAPHY Kyle Gallner, born October 22, 1986, in West Chester, Pennsylvania, is an American actor, best known for his portrayal of Matt Campbell in the 2009 horror film "The Haunting in Connecticut".
Gallner started his career by following his sister along to one of her auditions. He proceeded to guest star on popular shows such as "Judging Amy" and "Close to Home". He landed his big break in 2005 when he joined the cast of "Veronica Mars" as Cassidy Casablancas toward the end of the show's first season. Gallner has been working steadily working ever since, guest starring in hit shows such as "Smallville", "Cold Case", "Bones", and "Law & Order", just to name a few.
Gallner's film credits include "The Haunting in Connecticut" and involves him playing a son with cancer, who gets possessed and tormented by evil spirits; "Red", "Gardens of the Night", "Red Eye" and in 2009, he is in final talks to take the part of Quentin in the reboot of "A Nightmare on Elm Street".
