BIOGRAPHY Marcos Pitombo, born June 17, 1982 in Rio de Janeiro, is a Brazilian actor.
Pitombo is considered today as one of the great promising stars of the new generation of young actors in Brazilian television. Before starting his acting career in 2006, Pitombo was a model. In between modeling projects, he would spend his free time studying acting and -- his great passion -- theatre. After four years of hard work, he was finally cast in his first acting role on the teen soap "Malhacao" where he portrayed the character of Siri. His first appearance was a success which led him to secure his first feature length film, "Era Uma Vez.”
In 2008, the scope of his fame was widened even more with his next significant TV role in the telenovela "Os Mutantes - Caminhos do Coração." For fun, Pitombo enjoys rock climbing and sailing. View GALLERY:
