BIOGRAPHY Mauricio Ochmann, born November 16, 1977 in Celaya, Guanajuato, is a Mexican actor best known for his roles in telenovelas such as "That's life and Latino Green" and Telemundo's "Dame Chocolate."
From an early age Ochmann has had a number of theatre, film and television credits to his name. As a child, he joined local theater companies. When he turned 16, he participated in the Héctor Suárez TV comedy show "La otra cosa" for two years. At the age of 19, Ochmann moved to Los Angeles, California to push himself even more with acting. After three years of castings, he landed a small role in "Message in a Bottle" and then in the TV series "Latino Green." He's been working steadily ever since. He appeared in the telenovela La casa en la playa with Televisa, and bagged the starring role in the play Equus for which he received a Best New Stage Actor by Mexico's National Association of Theater Critic).
In 2003 to 2005, Ochmann appeared in films such as "Ladies' Night", as Carlos in the comedy "7 mujeres, 1 homosexual y Carlos," and in "Corazón marchito" as El. In 2006, Ochmann returned to television with roles in Marina, Dame Chocolate, and Victoria. View GALLERY:
