BIOGRAPHY Nelson Tallaferro, born in 1975, in Puerto Cabello, Venezuela, is a Venezuelan actor and model.
Tallaferro grew up in Barquisimeto and Caracas. An European descendent, his mother is German, his father Venezuelan, and his grand parents are Ukrainian, Italian, Polish and Spanish. Since he was a kid, Tallaferro knew that his two passions to pursue were Baseball and the world of entertainment. He enjoyed playing sports from a very early age and was involved competitively in soccer, tennis, baseball, ping pong, bowling, and basketball until he decided to stick with baseball once at the college level. At the same time, he was in love with action movies and soap operas from a very young age.
Tallaferro made his acting debut in 2007. Two years later, he landed his big roles, playing the role Rodolfo Marquez in the mini-soap opera "Amores de Luna" and detective Jose Vega in the TV series "Mas Sabe El Diablo", both by Telemundo. Equally important, Tallaferro secured his biggest role yet in 2009, playing the lead role "THOR The God of Thunder!," to be released by Marvel Entertainment in July 2010. View GALLERY:
