BIOGRAPHY Taylor Handley, born June 1, 1984 in Santa Barbara, California, is an American actor.
Handley has starred in several TV series, including CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, and Dawson's Creek, and The O.C. where he played Oliver Trask, a teenager who, after meeting Marissa in a therapy clinic, becomes infatuated with her. His films include the 2000 Disney Channel Original Movie Phantom of the Megaplex, The Standard and Jack Frost, to name a few.
