BIOGRAPHY Daniel Mortimer, born June 13, 1989, in Orange, NSW, is an Australian professional rugby league player, playing for "Parramatta Eels" in the National Rugby League (as of 2009).
Mortimer attended James Sheahan Catholic High School. After graduating, he quickly made his professional debut in 2009 playing for the Parramatta Eels in Round 12 2009 against the Cronulla Sharks. Some of his young career highlights include his first NRL score in Round 16 2009 against the Brisbane Broncos; a double against the Penrith Panthers in Round 17; and a Hat-Trick against the Penrith Panthers in Round 25, 2009 along with getting the Man-Of-The-Match.
Standing 5'9" at 175 lbs, Mortiner's considered one of the best defenders at his age and experience for a long time. View GALLERY:
