BIOGRAPHY Manuel Fettner, born June 17, 1985 in Vienna, Austria, is an Austrian soldier turned ski jumper.
Fettner's talent became apparent in the 1999/2000 season in which he was runner-up and won two Austrian ski jumping medals in the Continental Cup. In the Ski Jumping World Cup 2005/2006, Fettner again reached the World Cup points, and repeated this amazing feat in the 2006/07 season in which he achieved his best result finishing 9th in the world.
As of 2011, Fettner won six Continental Cups and finished on the podium a total of 23 times. When not ski jumping, Fettner enjoys listening to music, boating, playing soccer, and spending time with his girlfriend. View GALLERY:
