DiCaprio Raves About Gangs

Leonardo DiCaprio is disgusted by reports he is disappointed with Gangs Of New York (view trailer) - the hunk thinks the film is the highlight of his career.

Leo lashed out at reports that he had been telling people the Martin Scorsese movie "won't exactly wow the world", and was negotiating a lump sum up front instead of the flick's profits when it opens next year.

His spokesman says, "Leonardo DiCaprio says that the experience of working on the film has been the highlight of his career. He has never ever believed in a project more strongly than this one. Neither he nor his representative has ever sought to renegotiate his contract. And whomever is alleging that statement is lying." --WENN
