UPDATE REVISITED

Read Kyle's Message:
Hi Guys,

I want to start off by thanking everyone who has sent emails, cards and letters showing their concern over what has been a very public ordeal. I appreciate your support. Having been thrust into the international spotlight in the past month - I have decided that I want to live a non-public life, so I'm leaving the porn and wrestling video industry. Having gone through what I have endured the last month, I have some thoughts that I would like to share, if what I have learned can help anyone out there, then they are worth sharing:

  • When you choose to give your heart to someone, make sure they are worthy of receiving it. I have committed to two people in my life, one a woman the other a man and both were BAD decisions. In the end both lied and "sold me out", one for money and the other for publicity. Because of what has happened I've become a much better judge of character.
  • Never under any circumstances allow yourself to be used in a relationship (whether it be a friendship or love relationship). If someone tries to use you, don't rationalize it, RUN the other way... Trust me on this one.
  • The tabloids lie! Until this happened to me, I use to think they had a sliver of truth to them - WRONG! They will print whatever "a source" tells them, even if it is totally untrue. Do not purchase these trash papers, your better off reading a novel, at least novels are well written.
  • This is my final thought and probably the most important "The truth shall set you free." This is what has helped me endure this very difficult time.

I'm working on a book that chronicles my life in the gay porn world, the wrestling video industry and the very public ordeal I've been through.

The moral of my story is "No matter what challenges life throws your way you have the strength to endure and learn from the experience."

It has been a great run but it's time to move on.

Wrestle hard guys, Kyle

GOSSIP!

Tom Cruise files $100-M lawsuit against porn actor who claims gay affair

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Tom Cruise filed a $100-million defamation lawsuit against a pornography actor who allegedly claimed he had a gay affair that broke up Cruise's marriage.

Chad Slater told the French magazine Actustar that "he had a continuing homosexual relationship during Cruise's marriage and that the relationship was discovered by Cruise's wife, who ended the relationship," according to the lawsuit filed Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court.

"Cruise is not and never has been a homosexual" and "does not even know" Slater, the lawsuit said.

Cruise's lawyer, Bert Fields, said Actustar has agreed to publish a retraction. Slater uses the stage name Kyle Bradford. There was no telephone listing for either name in the Hollywood area.

Cruise filed for divorce from Nicole Kidman in February after 10 years of marriage. They have two adopted children. The divorce case is pending, but Cruise's divorce lawyer, Dennis Wasser, said Wednesday that "the children are his life and he will always provide for them and their security.

Tom will provide Nicole with one-half of the community property, consisting of tens of millions of dollars." "Tom said to me 'She's the mother of our children and I will always wish her well,' " Wasser said.
