Davis Harper (birthname: Davis Albershardt), born on June 10, 1991, in Wilmington, North Carolina is an American model and actor.

Harper got his start in acting at an early age, when he was unknowingly cast as a stand-in alongside James Van Der Beek in an early episode of the hit tv show, Dawsons Creek.

After his family made the move inland to Charlotte, North Carolina, Harper became a talented young star, in both the theater industry, as well as athletics. With extra roles in hit movies such as "Shallow Hal" and "Talledega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby" and leading roles in local and university films, Harper was quickly building a powerful resume.

With a crisp, fresh look, and striking features, Harper made the transition into the modeling world quite easily. After being scouted by an Abercrombie Kids rep, starring as the centerpiece for a new underwear line called "Cottonboy", and booking international tears with clients such as "Press" magazine in France, the young stunner was on his way to making a name for himself in the modeling industry.

Though he currently calls Charlotte, North Carolina home, the young, fresh-out-of-highschool Harper is planning his move to Los Angeles to pursue his acting dream. "There are times where I think about how farfetched my dreams really are, but then I look at it this way: Someones gotta do it.

"You see, Im sure there are MILLIONS of people with the same dreams and goals as me, who move to New York and Los Angeles, to become supermodels, rockstars, millionaires, or movie gods, and Im sure as a fact of life, a huge majority of those, fail. But SOMEONES gotta make it. And as long as you dont quit, dont give up, then you're still in the running."
