Junior Ottoni

Júnior Ottoni, born 1989 in São Paulo, is a Brazilian model, best known as the face and body of "New Captain Underwear" for 2009.

Ottoni's career as a model started when he was 14 with invitations from some scouters and photographers. As a matter of fact, he always enjoyed modeling world so he decided to pursue this career. He says, " it's a fascinating world, there´s a lot of glamour and it´s so cool to be in the runways and working with the great fashion designers around the world."

Ottoni has always offered the best of him through every ad campaign, catalog, editorial and runway show that he was engaged in, however the recognition for his achievement didn't come easy. Previously being regarded as one of the most under-rated model in Brazil, it took him two years to finally break into the main stream modeling business.

In 2009, Ottoni landed his big break when he became the new face (and hot bod) for the latest Noir Collection Limited Edition ad campaign shot by Maurício Gomes for "New Captain Underwear" by designer Marcelu Ferraz. Quickly thereafter, he became a favorite for ramp, working for fashion designers like Marcelu Ferraz, Paulo Carvas, Zapalla, Rockstter, New Captain, just to name a few.

When not working as a model, Ottoni dresses simply, wearing only jeans or tracksuit. He describes himself as a 'sports addict' guy, "I love going to gym and Jiu jitsu. Now, I´m enjoying cycling too." Being with family and traveling with his friends and having a real good time sharing these cool moments with them are what he treasured the most. As for his other goal, he intends to study medicine and become a doctor.
