With no experience and a bad haircut, Rippy was discovered along with his younger brother Nicholas in Knoxville, Tennessee by ProScout. He was immediately signed by powerhouse Wilhelmina Models. Rippy has appeared in several big ad campaigns such as Tommy Hilfiger and the lucrative Calvin Klein ad campaigns, including its clothing line, jeans and fragrance.
