I enjoy playing hockey and rugby; and while I have always weight trained, I concentrated on body building even more after giving up rugby due to an injury incurred while playing.

I have been body building at an intensive level for the last 4-5 years. I am now a fully qualified fitness instructor and work as a personal trainer in Ireland for DAVID LLOYD LEISURE, which is the BIG name in health and fitness in the UK.

I am qualified to teach free weights, CV, Spin Classes, and Taebo.

I live in Belfast, Northern Ireland and now focussed on building a career as a model specialising in commercial, editorial, sports and fitness work. I am also keen to work in video, television and film.
