Johan

Hi, I'm Johan. I was born in Warnsveld on November 15, 1983 and grew up in a city called Zutphen. We moved a lot but stayed in the same city. I did gymnastics for 4 years beginning at age 12, and I loved to do that because I'm just a very energetic person. I also did some modeling for Him as a kid, doing some shows with my brother.

I began horseback riding at age 6, and when I was 13, my mom and I got the money together to buy a black horse I named Gimmick. We trained cross-country together and I won many contests with him and was even selected to go to the European championships. I stopped riding competitively for a while when I was 19 and started training horses for different people. I started a new sport: vaulting. That's doing gymnastics on the back of a cantering horse. I already was flexible and had a gymnastic and horseback riding background, so in no time, I did the craziest things on the back of a horse. I moved to France for a year to train horses in Deauville.

A year later I went to California for three months. I traveled around in L.A., San Diego, Palm Springs, San Fransisco, and many other places. I really love California and had the best time of my life over there.

When I came back home, I thought to try modeling again. I had enjoyed it and wanted to do it, but I never really gave it a try. I went to some agencies and a couple of them wanted to have me. I did some work and I can say that I really enjoy it. The photographers always say that I bring good energy and they love to work with me. That makes me want to do it even more.

I like having fun with people and like it when they are enjoying the time they are spending with me. If I had to describe myself, I would say I'm always a happy person and I like to have fun.
