Hi! My name is John and I live in the East Village of New York City, such a big city from where I grew up in Sandy, Utah (just outside of Salt Lake City).

I was used to the mountains, skiing, (tried snowboarding one year and fell too much to have fun), driving around listening to my music, but now I walk everywhere with my headphones and just keep moving.

I attend college here in NYC for Advertising Marketing Communications and cannot wait for my last 3 semesters to be completed. Even though we are always in the ‘real world’, I think that life is so much more interesting when you are doing what you’ve always wanted to do.

I plan on finding that soon enough, but it’s always going to be a journey. I love dancing – I used to take dance when I was younger and really began focusing on hip-hop. Anything with rhythm and a great beat, keeps me smiling. I think the main place, if you wanted to find me, would have to be Starbucks. I have to have my iced mocha latte at least once a day; I guess everyone has his or her addictions.

I began modeling in Utah around a couple of years ago, but then I left for UNLV and they kept asking me to drive back over and go to castings; I couldn’t. I am finding New York to be a blast and I hope New York finds enough room for me!
