C.M. SOTO is an accomplished photographer. C.M Soto shoots for several reputable modeling/acting agencies and management co. in the East and Westcoast. C.M Soto is also well known for how well he works with his models/talents in promoting and assisting them in finding modeling or acting representation.

I made a trip to Miami Florida for a Volley Palooza which is a big model event in South Beach with most of the modeling agencies in Miami, in participation, competing against other modeling agencies playing Volleyball at a beach off of Ocean Drive.

I felt by making this trip I would be able to scout models for some modeling assignments and projects I was working on. I hold very high standards when it comes to finding models for my work. For two days, I was at this event and was unable to find any models which met my criteria.

By the second day, I had pretty much given up and was just enjoying the rest of my trip. But as I was walking back to my hotel, there he was -- Marcel, 20 yrs old, at 5'9" tall; with very defined and cut muscular body; and a great face. He was standing with his friends next to a ledge near where the event was taking place.

Marcel was the model I was looking for! I just knew he was probably with a big agency. Despite thinking he may be already signed with a big agency, I just needed to introduce myself. I soon learned that he has never modeled before. By this time, I was very happy to have taken a few minutes to introduce myself to Marcel and so the rest is history!

It was very hard for me as a photographer to think that Marcel has never been photographed by any other photographer nor signed with any agency so we set our first photoshoot for the next day and as you can see -- Marcel photographs well. Since our photo shoot, Marcel has been offered many modeling jobs and many modeling opportunities and been doing very well.

Discovering Marcel was one of the best experiences I have had as a photographer. We have a lot of fun with our shoots and he is very easy going and easy to work with which also gave us the opportunity to get to know each other and build a great friendship.
