Mark Sandilands

Hi! My name is Mark Sandilands, I was born in Sydney Australia on the 1st of January 1980. I'm a personal trainer who runs his own business and have done so for the past 5 years. I absolutely love what I do cause I have such a strong passion for helping people change their lives. It's such a thrill watching your client’s bodies change right in front of you, which gives you a sense of achievements as you know you played a small part in that process. I’m a very keen golfer who must play at least once a week to keep satisfied.

Before I started my business I had ambitions of actually turning professional but due to work and other commitments that dream was slowly put aside. I also play soccer every winter which I have done since I was 6 years old.

And like most people I love to travel but feel I definitely haven't done enough of that yet. I've only done a very small amount of modeling with the most recent being entered into the national manhunt competition, where I was placed in the top 10 of Australia.

I would love to take modeling seriously to see where it may take me in life. I enjoy doing it and hope to continue to do it in years to come.
