BIOGRAPHY Murat Boz, born March 7, 1980 in Karadeniz Eregli town, province of Zonguldak, is a Turkish singer.
After completing his primary and secondary education, Boz attended a fine art oriented high school in Istanbul in 1995-1996. At that time, he pursued his musical career at various music halls as a vocalist. In 1998, Boz became the first runner up as the male vocalist in a contest for high school students organized by Milliyet (A Turkish national newspaper).
In 1999, Boz graduated at Bilgi University Jazz vocalist department and have been continuing his education at Istanbul Technical University Turkish Classical Music conservatory since 2003. Some of the big names he's worked with include Shakira, Tarkan, Nilufer, Nazan Oncel, Demet Sag?roglu, Hande Yener, Nil Karaibrahimgil, Emel Muftuoglu, Burcu Gunes, Zeynep Dizdar, Zeynep Mansur, Grup Hepsi, Grup Rapsodi, and Grup Popcorn. In addition, Boz also composed and sang musics for TV commercials which include clients such as McDonalds, Istikbal, and Kola Turka.
In 2007, Boz released his first album entitled "Maximum". Boz hobbies include singing and swimming. He is also a big animal lover. View GALLERY:
