Talk about tough love! Mama’s boy Mario Lopez admits that his mom, Elvia, is “very particular” about the women he dates.

So he must have been thrilled that she and his girlfriend, Broadway babe Courtney Mazza, got along splendidly when the three recently dined at Suite & Tender in the Sé San Diego Hotel.

“Everyone was laughing and having a good time,” says an eyewitness. “There was never an awkward moment.”

The happy trio lingered for two hours, dining on yummy eats including macaroni and cheese with cheddar sausage and sautéed wild sea bass — and Elvia gave Courtney a big hug and a kiss goodbye!

He’s 36.
