Workout Tips: Abs Done Right

Daniel, 24, from Japan, shows us some advanced ab exercises to get the best ripped abs: Hanging leg rifts, crunch with the heavy ball, and lots of swinging. I love his "hanging leg lifts" the most - it is probably one of, if not, the best ab exercises you can do to rip up your mid section.
