TV Show: Cold Case "Forever Blue"

A groundbreaking episode "Forever Blue" from CBS' hit police drama series, "Cold Case", that featured two guys kissing, on the mouth, for the first time on primetime TV, to an overwhelmingly positive response.

Set in the 60s, Jimmy and Coop are cops and partners, and they are secretly in love with each other even though Jimmy is married with kids. Their relationship is heartbreaking -- there are shades of Brokeback Mountain and the pressure of society at that time cause fractures that eventually drive them apart. I love Coop, who is the dreamer, the one willing to risk it all for what he and Jimmy have; he spoke one of my favorite lines ever: "We're the lucky ones. Don't forget that."
