Workout Tips: DB Snatch

'AllGenetix' shows us an advanced exercise to build up shoulder strength: SB Snatch. Movement: Explode upward by jumping up as high as possible and then pull the dumbbell up to an overhead position. To finish the movement stand up with the dumbbell overhead and the arm locked out. Finally, lower the dumbbell back to the starting position.
