Short Film: Running Without Sound

A very moving short about a deaf high school student, Sean, who enjoys the camaraderie of his cross-country teammates. Amid the running and the joking around, however, he finds himself drawn to one of the team's top runners, Derek. The two pursue an interest neither understands, and both struggle to define their friendship and sexuality. Set on the East Coast in autumn, the film explores deafness, internalized homophobia, and the visual lyricism of running. It's a very beautiful short. You have to see it!

Random Model: Adam Bar

Adam Bar was born in the "Holy Land". He's 30 years old, 5' 9" and 175 lbs. He's an independent business owner, actor and fitness model. His infatuation with fitness started when he was 12 years old, he wanted to be strong and help his ill mother. At the age of 19, he became a National Champion. Soon after he moved to NYC to pursue his acting career. He's done Musical Theater, Broadway Shows, films, magazines, and commercials. He was raised to be selfless, goal-oriented person. He believes anyone could achieve any goal they set by hard work and persistence. Helping people makes him feel good. In April 2008 he won 1st place at Mr. Iron Gladiator after 9 years without working out, due to an accident that almost paralyzed him. His goal is to inspire people to live better and healthier life.
