TV Show: Humorous Skinhead Swindler on "Judge Judy"

My favorite show of the year "Judge Judy" takes on humorous -- and very cute -- skinhead swindler. I don't understand why this bad boy has such an effect on me - even with his conviction history, I still find him attractive. *Sigh
