Random Model: Lucas Walker

Lucas Walker is a fitness model and has appeared in Magazine. He's currently signed with Mega Muscle Models. He is 22 and originally from Spokane. Standing 5'10" tall with a 30" waist and 42" chest, he is definitely well proportioned. He says about himself, "I grew up in a tiny town in Washington and I had a pretty regular life going to school, playing sports... the usual. All of my life I have always known that I would move on to something bigger. My friend Zach introduced me to a company in California and I was quickly doing shoots all over the country. I quickly fell in love with the pace and lifestyle in Hollywood and before to long, I put into action my plan to relocate there."

Movie: Mulligans (2008)

Scenes from the 2008 Canadian movie "Mulligans". Straight college jock Tyler (Derek Baynham) brings his best friend Chase (Charlie David) to his family’s lakeside home for summer vacation. Flexer of the Day: Jake

Jake is a 16-year-old high school gymnast. He's only started working out last year. He says he wasn't born big so he has to work hard for it. He wants to look attractive and be strong. Currently he weighs 146 lbs. His goal is to attain 180 lbs by the time he's 20. 300lb bench and 16-17 inch arms by the time he's out of high school. So far, he's on the right track. Watch him flex his biceps, side, shoulders and back. Solid work, dude!! Keep it up!
