Flexer of the Day: James

James is a 25-year-old personal trainer and Air Force reservist from Rancho Cucamonga, California. Back in high school, James was a skinny dude. He thought it was impossible to gain muscle because his dad and brother were both skinny also, and so he thought it was just my genetics to stay little. Then he joined the Air Force and about two to three weeks into the deployment, his buddies started trying to get him to go to the gym with them. He was resistant at first because he was embarrassed because they were already pretty muscular and he didn't want to feel like a weakling in front of them. They finally convinced James. He immediately started getting results and by the end of the six months he was stronger than most of them. Check out his muscular upper body, abs, adonis belt, and pecs. For the last few weeks, James has been doing lots of cardio and sculpting his body. This what he looks like now. Really ripped! Just look at the those sexy abs! Good job, man!
